Where we ship
REVYVE currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Shipping rates
- 1 jar (Try It): $4.99 flat-rate US shipping
- 2 jars (Buy One Get One Free): $4.99 flat-rate US shipping
- 4 jars (Buy Two Get Two Free): Free US shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
US delivery takes 5 to 8 business days from the day your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package leaves our fulfillment center.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll get an automated email with a tracking link. If you don't see it within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@irevyve.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@irevyve.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Address corrections
If you entered your address incorrectly, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can update it before fulfillment. After that window we may not be able to redirect the shipment.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law.
